Get carded at your library!
If you are over 18 years of age, live in Titus County, and have a vaild driver's license, you can get a card at no cost. (Parents must apply for children under 18.)
Membership
Library borrowing privileges are available at no charge to residents of Titus County.
Residents living outside of Titus County may purchase an annual membership for $20.00.
Out-of-County TexShare card holders may apply for borrowing privileges at no charge.
Identification and verification of residence is required to obtain a library card. Identification can be established through a current driver’s license or valid picture identification issued by a governmental agency. If no valid picture identification is available, staff may accept other reasonable forms of identification that establish identity/residency.
Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's signature on the membership application. For a library card application see on-line forms.

The library has over 32,000 items available for checkout. Members can choose from:

Materials from the collections of other libraries throughout the state and the nation may be borrowed through the Interlibrary Loan Program.

Members may check out a total of 10 items per card within the following limits:

All late items are $ .25 per day.
