Covid-19 Safety Reminder

AN IMPORTANT REMINDER TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM COVID-19

(En español)

Recommendations for Covid-19 safety

As Texas re-opens, please remember to take every precaution to protect yourself and family and to slow down the spread of the virus.

During the past five days, positive cases and the hospitalization rate throughout Texas has increased. In Northeast Texas, those cases are community spread. Meaning they are not all coming from singular sources such as jails, nursing homes or meat packing plants.

Titus County residents overall have done a great job of doing their part to flatten the curve. And your area leaders including elected and appointed officials, school administrators, large employers and our healthcare and first responder heroes continue to hold a daily conference call regarding COVID-19’s impact on the community. (We’re on Day 80!)

This team commends you, and urges you to help their efforts by setting the right example when you are out:  wear a mask; sanitize; social distance.

If you are sick, stay home and contact your doctor. If you are in medical distress, dial 911.

Thank you, Titus County! We’ll get through this together!

ACTUALIZACIÓN DE COVID-19 / 9 DE JUNIO DE 2020
