If you are a MobilePrint Service Customer who is experiencing broken web links when printing via a website, here’s the solution.
A security update implemented by HP PrinterOn on April 1st will cause a failure to launch on the printspot web page linked from your website. PrinterOn did not anticipate the changes to affect customers, however, the system no longer accepts unsecure links.
You will need to update your url as follows:
Change http:// TO https://
Current url: http://www.printeron.net/system/printspot/interface/select_file.jap?url=
New url: https://www.printeron.net/system/printspot/interface/select_file.jap?url=
